Ceramic Care

Ceramic is a durable, easy-to-maintain material that is excellent for everyday use. Thanks to its non-porous surface, it resists moisture, stains, temperature changes and most household influences, and does not require special protective treatment.

General care requirement: infrequent.

Regular, gentle cleaning is enough for everyday care, to keep a ceramic surface's clean look, hygiene and properties intact for many years (see also impregnation).

Please note: although ceramic withstands everyday use well, sharp point impacts — especially near the edges — can cause surface damage or chipping.

Please note: avoid exposing a ceramic surface to very hot objects and sudden temperature changes, as these can damage the material's surface.

When cleaning a ceramic surface, use only a soft cloth or sponge to keep it clean and avoid possible damage. Avoid abrasive sponges and harsh cleaning agents, as they can damage the surface finish.

• For everyday care, warm water and ordinary liquid soap or a gentle cleaning product are enough. After cleaning, dry the surface with a soft, dry cloth — this helps prevent water marks and streaks.
• Avoid prolonged contact with harsh chemicals, such as bleach, solvents, oven cleaners, and strong acids or alkalis. Although ceramic is a very durable material, aggressive chemicals can affect the appearance of its surface over time.
• We recommend removing any liquids (including coffee, oils, wine, juice, etc.) and other dirt from the ceramic surface as quickly as possible after spilling. Thanks to its non-porous structure, ceramic is highly resistant to liquids and stains and easy to maintain. Regular cleaning helps keep the surface clean, hygienic and visually tidy.

Ceramic is designed for everyday use, and its smooth, non-porous surface makes maintenance easy. Thanks to its properties, it does not readily absorb moisture or dirt and withstands everyday use well. Even so, we recommend removing liquids and dirt as quickly as possible to preserve the ceramic surface's clean look and quality.

To remove stubborn stains, moisten the affected area with warm water for a few minutes, then clean the surface with a cleaning product suited to ceramic surfaces. If needed, contact us or consult a care specialist.

Ceramic does not need impregnation or special surface protection.

The dense, non-porous structure of a ceramic surface helps prevent the absorption of moisture and dirt. Keep in mind that although ceramic is a very durable material, proper use and regular maintenance help preserve its natural appearance and reduce the risk of possible damage.
