Joined mortise to groove, grain following grain. We carry forward the wisdom of Eastern craft culture, reinterpreting it for today, so that tradition continues in everyday use rather than resting only on display.
Nature
The material comes from nature and returns to it. The breathing of wood, the direction of its texture, the depth of its tone — all of it is a gift from mountain and forest. We honor the material as it is, without excessive finishing.
Meaningful
Good design must withstand the test of time. We do not chase passing trends, but seek to create objects that stay with us for years, growing warmer with use — quietly and timelessly present.
